It is my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Joe Duley.

WNAV is a fulltime, full-service radio station serving the mid-Chesapeake Bay region with information, sports and entertainment. Joe has been affiliated with the station for approximately ten years in a number of capacities; producer, on-air personality, program host, and public relations representative.

Mr. Duley started with WNAV behind the scenes, which included production of traffic reports, rewriting stories for the News Department, writing creative scripts for morning show skits, as well as producing some of the skits utilizing numerous character voices. Through his recognized talent, Joe was given the opportunity to host a regular weekly music/personality program involving a high degree of audience participation.

One of the most valuable roles that Joe Duley played for our station was as outside ambassador. He represented the station at many public events, fairs and parades. His production of our Van About Town feature was the highlight. Each week, Joe would assist in researching the most popular events and functions in our area. Then, every weekend, he would produce, voice and air live, on-location interviews from these events. Very soon, requests for his visits started coming from a multitude of organizations. The Van About Town feature was the most popular with Joe as the host.

Throughout the many roles with WNAV, Joe was always able to find humor and add his comedic touches that endeared him to our audience.

I can heartily recommend Joe Duley for any position for which he feels he is qualified.
